This mix of Black trumpets, chantrelles, hedgehogs, Matsutake, morels, porcinis, shiitakes simply calls out to be made into risotto!
This mushroom selection includes dried black trumpets, chanterelles, hedgehogs, Matsutake, morel, porcini and shiitake. This mix can be added to stir fry, soups and mushroom sauces. To Reconstitute: Soak in 8-10 ounces of warm water or liquid per ounce of dried mushroom mix for 20-30 minutes or overnight. When they are fully reconstituted, strain through a coffee filter or paper towel and retain the liquid for your recipe or future use. Rinse well to remove any debris and pat dry and use. 1/2oz package.

You get about eight mushrooms. Just enough to cut up into a meal for 2 people, when mixed into rice.

The mushroom medley was added to homemade mushroom soup and the mushrooms were flavorful and delicious. In addition I bought the risotto. It was not sticky. Cooked up perfectly, which can be a challenge, but your brand was a sure winner.
