Charred over wood charcoal, hand-peeled, and marinated in herb-infused olive oil. Sweet with a mildly bitter aftertaste.
Use as garnish with potatoes or meat, or try heated in oil with slivers of garlic. As the Spanish say: “Buen provecho!” (Enjoy!)

Well, you can do much more with these peppers, but I use them on my homemade pizza. Excellent! Everyone asks where I got the peppers, and are surprised when I say they were mail ordered, and canned.
