Pedro Ximenez has its own natural sweetness. The vinegar is produced from the prestigious Pedro Ximenez wine. The grapes for this wine are dried in the sun until they become raisins, concentrating all the sugar. They are then pressed and aged in wood using the solera system.
Preparation:
