The city of Aleppo (Halab) in Northwest Syria is considered to be an ancient center of Middle Eastern culture known for its love of cooking and eating.  Our Aleppo Pepper is dark red, coarsely ground, medium hot with a sweet dried fruit bouquet.  This is a delicious table side condiment used on a wide range of foods.  Aleppo Pepper adds a perfect zip to breakfast eggs or egg salad.
