Best for the "True Fettuccine Alfredo"August 23, 2012

Recipe by Lynne Rosetto-Kasper of NPR's "The Splendid Table" fame. Her recipe calls for only best quality heavy cream and Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese along with a bit of butter and the Best-Quality Fettuccine available and this is certainly that! I love to add minced Prosciutto it and my family loves it! Plus you dinner on the table in 30 to 40 minutes max!
