I think this is a pretty good test. Make 2, 2-egg omelettes and season them only with salt. One with the Fleur De Sel Fine, the other with Morton's. Taste testing these omelettes resulted in a clear winner for me. I'll be ordering more Fleur De Sel when this batch runs out.
