Italian Risotto with Tomato and Basil
The fifteen minute wonder, olive oil, white wine, fifteen minutes..magic, no fault risotto.
This tomato basil risotto is the perfect accompaniment to any dish.
Just add Olive Oil (or butter), dry white wine, and water; and in 15 minutes...voila! Risotto!

My daughter works and is also a "soccer mom" so she doesn't have much time to spend in the kitchen. I try to help her with easy meals so I gave this to her. I'm sure she liked it as they eat a lot of rice dishes.
Very easy to make and tastes great. Instructions on package were very easy to follow.

The flavor is perfect and exactly what you would expect. When it comes to risotto my wife always says NO, but I made this for dinner one night and it converted her to a believer! Rissotos can be tricky, but this was easy. Just follow the directions for a perfect risotto.
