Paccheri are large, hollow tube-shaped pasta with ridges. Don Bruno Paccheri are similar to Rigatoni, but shorter and have a larger diameter.

Preparation: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta, stir gently to prevent breaking. Boil for 12-14 minutes or until it reaches al dente. Drain and serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
