"Tacconi" pasta is square in shape with a flat center and rippled on two sides. Very common in the Tuscan region of Italy. This pasta has a unique and delicious taste. Produced with the best durum wheat semolina which is processed according to craft technique with the organic wheat germ that releases a wonderful aroma when cooking. The boiling water will take on a slight green color, as a result of the fresh wheat germ. Try the "Tacconi" with rich earthy sauces, such as those made with mushrooms, sausages, or wild game (wild boar, rabbit, duck, or venison.) 250g (0.5 lb), made by Morelli Pasta, imported.

Really great pasta. Used it with a cream sauce and it was excellent. If you haven't bought a package yet, you should.
