Packed 2 trays per case, this product is shelf stable unopened for one year. After opening the product must be refrigerated at 40 degrees F, and will remain fresh to use for 4 to 5 days.
Preparation:
Use direct from the tray. This product is perfect for salad bars, as a menu addition under appetizer, or a cold side dish to a sandwich.
