This organic coffee exhibits the full body and low-toned, rich acidity characteristic of this South Pacific Island's beans. It exhibits a bit of a "wild" taste when roasted light, so we go just past medium to a "Viennese" style to retain a hint of wildness, yet tone down the acidity and develop the body and flavor more fully. This is a favorite among people who know their coffees. 12oz. Imported.
