Acacia honey is one of my favorites. It is a almost clear in color and has a delicate taste. It is enhanced by butter and other salty spreads or just straight out of the jar. I'm glad I tried it.

This honey is subtly different from clover honey in its sweetness, but it is light, dissolves quickly and won't crystallize over time like other honeys. Try it, you might get hooked!
