Saporoso is a delicious and affordable condiment almost indistinguishable from a thick, rich traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena. It deserves the highest recommendation.

We found this on a recent trip to Modena and loved it. It is basically the only balsamic that I use so even though I rate it 5 stars, I'm not sure what to compare it to.

A friend brought us a bottle from Italy. We have been hooked ever since. I'm delighted to see that we can also purchase it in the U.S.! It's the best balsamic, by far, that I've ever tasted, and well worth the price!

We first tasted this condimento in the central market in Florence,Italy when we rented an apartment there for a few weeks. It was among several balsamic vinegers that we tasted and purchased. This is the one we selected to use while we were living there and cooking for ourselves and our friends. We loved it. And it was affordable! We brought some back and of course the sad inevitable day of running out came and went. I decided to google the product name and found Avanti Savoia! What a delight it has been to do business with this company! I feel like I know them as friends! The service is so personal and rewarding. We order four bottles at a time and enjoy this condiment pared with a high quality olive oil on our salads year round. But oh, when summer rolls around and I can get baby lettuce from the grower's market nearby I am transported back to Florence! Thank you so much, Katy Sheridan Albuquerque, NM
