Hot Lemon-Lime Butter

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • Juice of 4 Lemons
  • Juice of 4 Limes
  • to taste Sea Salt* *


  1. Soften butter and set aside.  Heat lemon and lime juice and remove from heat.
  2. Drop small bits of butter into the juice and whip until all of it is incorporated.  Consistency should be creamy, rather than oily.
  3. Serve immediately with fish or vegetables
