- 1 Head Chinese lettuce

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

Avanti Savoia all purpose/cooking oil suggested
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- Few drops of sesame oil
Instructions
- Separate the lettuce and cut in 2-inch sections.
- Heat the olive oil, and lettuce and stir-fry to soften slightly (about 2 to 3 minutes).
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Mince garlic and combine with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add to lettuce and toss.
- Serve warm or chilled.
