Named for the Northern Italian town of Parma, production of this Italian classic is mainly, and traditionally, located in the provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilia. The hard rind of Parmesan is created by a brining process that protects the inner cheese. Made with skimmed, raw, cow’s milk, the texture of this famous cheese is hard and grainy with a sweet fruity aroma and rich nutty flavor. Recommended wines are full- bodied, big reds and also young, sparkling whites

Please review our shipping policy when ordering your cheese.  If your order will be delivered outside the 2 day coverage area, we recommend you choose 2nd Day Air during checkout.  Cheese will be shipped to be delivered no later than Friday of the current week.  If transit time extends over the weekend or no shipping holiday we will hold to ship when appropriate.  As always please put "ship now" in the comments if you would like to waive our suggestion.  Click Here to review shipping policy and delivery map.  For soft cheeses we require shipping to be Next Day Air.  This will be noted in the description.

Trouble get spoiled with the nutty rich flavor. I made a big mistake, did not order enough and now your OUT! My dinner guests noticed the difference with out prompting. I want more!
