A young, soft classic Italian cheese produced with sheep’s milk in central Tuscany dairies. Marzolino is a fresh, sweet, full fat cheese produced using vegetable rennet derived from the flowers of wild artichokes. A delicious cheese served with fruit and a Chianti Riserva.
Please review our shipping policy when ordering your cheese. If your order will be delivered outside the 2 day coverage area, we recommend you choose 2nd Day Air during checkout. Cheese will be shipped to be delivered no later than Friday of the current week. If transit time extends over the weekend or no shipping holiday we will hold to ship when appropriate.
