Parmigiano Reggiano “Qualita Di Montagna”DOP (Mountain Quality)

This masterpiece reflects the excellent quality of the high altitude pastures in the Apennine Mountains, although originally Parmigiano Reggiano was a cheese from the plains. This cow’s milk cheese is a limited production of a few dairies in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Parma. It can be enjoyed with either red or white wine, pears, bread and a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar.
Please review our shipping policy when ordering your cheese. If your order will be delivered outside the 2 day coverage area, we recommend you choose 2nd Day Air during checkout. Cheese will be shipped to be delivered no later than Friday of the current week. If transit time extends over the weekend or no shipping holiday we will hold to ship when appropriate. Nice quality but most of all, extremely impressed with the way it was packed for shipment. It showed a real concern that the product must arrive in the best possible condition. We will certainly consider ordering from Avanti Savoia again,
