In this class Chef Arnold will display his Italian heritage (and wit) with a menu entirely devoted to eggs.  Five different recipes and the techniques needed to prepare them will be the focus of his instructive menu.

Our instructor (and good friend), Chef Arnold Bondi is currently the Corporate Regional Chef for Hopco Foodservice Marketing. He was formerly Executive Chef at the UT Faculty Club and Food and Beverage Director at Holston Hills and Gettysvue Country Clubs.  Chef Arnold graduated from culinary school in Montreal, Canada and honed his skills in some of Montreal’s finest restaurants.  In this class Chef Arnold will display his Italian heritage (and wit) with a menu entirely devoted to eggs.  Five different recipes and the techniques needed to prepare them will be the focus of his instructive menu.

  • Andalusian Mayonnaise with Crudités
  • Stracciatella (Italian Egg Drop Soup)
  • Hard Cooked Neapolitan Eggs
  • Tuna Frittata
  • Zabaglione with Fresh Berries
  • Italian Meringue

Cost: $50 (Demonstration Class with Some Hands-On Participation)
