What a delightfully fun and delicious class! Chefs Joseph and Karen made the experience easy going, informative, and fun! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave - and now can't wait until the next class! Shopping with Chef Karen's help was wonderful. We both agreed it was the best cooking class we have ever attended. (It was our first at Avanti Savoia.) Thank you, Ben, Glo, Chef Karen and Chef Joseph for a truly awesome evening!
