Hot Lemon-Lime Butter

- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- Juice of 4 Lemons
- Juice of 4 Limes
- to taste Sea Salt* *
- Soften butter and set aside. Heat lemon and lime juice and remove from heat.
- Drop small bits of butter into the juice and whip until all of it is incorporated. Consistency should be creamy, rather than oily.
- Serve immediately with fish or vegetables
