I really enjoy this salami. I have a few slices every evening with cheese, bread, and olives for a nice snack plate. The pepper is pretty spicy, which I love. Great flavor all around!

After my first few slices, i found that removing some of the pepper coating allowed more of the salami taste to emerge.
