Nicoise Olives are a 100 percent natural garnish black olive, packed in the Provence area of France. The olives are imported with the pit, and retain a nutty, mellow flavor, packed in a brine.
Nicoise Olives provide a dish, hot or cold with a very unique flavor or accent.
Preparation:
The product is one of the cornerstones of southern french provencal cooking.The olives may be pitted, cut, and added to seafood, veal and chicken dishes. One of the foundation ingredients to nicoise salads and other cold salads.

These are really small you have to be careful eating them-and they taste a quite a bit too oily.
