Comments:Once cooked, Roland Quinoa expands four times it original size and takes half the time of regular rice to cook.
Preparation:
Treat quinoa like rice and prepare it using 2 cups of liquid to 1 cup quinoa. Cover and simmer until the germ separates from the seed, which looks like a cracking of the seed. The quinoa will then fluff and should have a slight bite like al dente.
