Attractive, delicious, and versatile.. Packed 2 trays per case, this product is shelf stable unopened for one year. After opening, the product must be refrigerated at 40 degrees F, and will remain usable for 4 to 5 days. Store sealed tightly and keep artichoke immersed in oil.
Preparation:
This product is ready to use from the tray and requires no further preparation. Sliced in half, or served whole these artichokes can be warmed to accompany an entree or used as an addition to antipasto.

the flavor was not bad, texture in general was just fair but the many were "woody".
