Hey folks; try this! Bake up some butternut squash in yer oven; Preheat a heavy cast-iron skillet with some awesome Avanti cooking oil; Next, form that squash into patties, like little pancakes; sprinkle a dusting of Dukkah on each side; Swoon from the awesome flavor! Whether its adding a bit to stir fried veggies or adding a dusting to fish before baking (my fav!), we love the complex flavors of Dukkah. We always order at least 2 cans because we love turning our friends on to this unique spice.
OH YEH !!! What a fabulous treat for the taste buds ! Try it on ice cream.
