Packed in 2 trays per case, this product is shelf stable unopened for one year. After opening the product must be refrigerated at 40 degrees F, and will remain usable for 4 to 5 days.
Preparation:
This product is ready to use from the tray and requires no further preparation. These long slices of eggplant can be used as a side dish to room temperature dishes, salads, and antipastos.
