Our Wild Forest Mushrooms are an assortment of five types of wild mushrooms found in the forests of France.
Roland Wild Forest Mushrooms are carefully selected and imported by us from france. No preservatives or artificial flavors are added. This packaging is used both in food service and retail.
Preparation:
Roland Wild Forest Mushrooms may be used directly from the jar. The product may be drained and rinsed if desired. Avoid overcooking by adding towards end of preparation process.
Ingredients/Contents:
Oyster Mushrooms, Straw Mushrooms, Pholiots, Saffron Milk Caps, Water, Salt,Citric Acid e330. (Pleurotus ostreatus, volvaria volvacea, pholiota mutabilis, lactarius deliciosus.)

When we are so far away from these awesome mushrooms, buying them from Avanti already picked, sorted, cleaned, and packed is the only way we can truly enjoy them. Try them--they are awesome!!!
