Arborio Italian Risotto Rice
Arborio, excellent large grained organic Italian rice, should be your first choice for classic rissotto.
The Arborio rice is the most typical and widespread Italian rice for risottos. Its grains are also the largest among all the rice varieties grown in Italy.
Thanks to this characteristic, it is a classic for good cuisine, and its medium grain is ideal for dishes that have to be well bound.

I made a veal and pork risotto I learned how to make in Italy and it tasted just as good.
