Quick, healthy dish for the fresh squash lover.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Sliced Patty Pan squash

1 Medium Yellow Crookneck or Straightneck squash
Cut into 2x1/2-inch spears (1 cup)

1 Medium Zucchini
Cut into 2x1/2-inch spears (1 cup)
- 1 Tablespoon Margarine
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary leaves, crushed *
- 2 teaspoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt *
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart, microwave safe casserole
- Mix well and cover.
- Microwave at High for 6 to 10, or until all vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring twice.
- Let stand, covered for 3 minutes.
- Serve with slotted spoon.
