Don Bruno Moscatel Vinegar is a product of Andalucia, Spain. Produced from the fine Spanish Moscatel wine found in this region, the vinegar is aged by the traditional Solera system.
Moscatel Vinegar is an aromatic wine vinegar. The scent is left intact post the process due to the aromatic qualities of the wine. (6% acidity)
Preparation:
Use directly from the bottle. Store in a dry pantry under ambient temperatures.
