Preparation:
Bring 2 1/2 cups water to a boil with 2 tsps. butter(or oil) and 1/4 tsp. salt. Add 1 cup of rinsed Roland Brown Basmati Rice and stir. Cover and allow to boil again. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Serves 3-4.
