Balance and flavor are contributed by a bit of medium roasted beans from Africa and the Americas. This blend is predominantly a Viennese Roast.

Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe 12 oz.
The same fine outfit that sends us the exceptional, dry processed Moka Harrar coffee exports this wet processed coffee from the southern Yirgacheffe region. This is one of the world’s most distinctive coffees. This bean exhibits substantial body and rich, soft-toned acidity with a floral, fruity character to its flavor. It is roasted on the light side of “Full City” to retain its floral notes.

Sumatra Mandheling 12 oz.
This coffee exhibits the full body and low-toned, rich acidity characteristic of this South Pacific Island’s beans. It exhibits a bit of a “wild” taste when roasted light, so we go just past medium to a “Viennese” style to retain a hint of wildness, yet tone down the acidity and develop the body and flavor more fully. This is a favorite among people who know their coffees.

With a name familiar to many because of the country’s marketing icon, Juan Valdez, Vienna Coffee’s darker version may surprise you due to its more subdued, more drinkable acidity.

This blend of specialty grade beans became the signature blend of Vienna Coffee House in Cooper City, Florida. It is roasted “full city” to retain the aroma and individual character of each bean, while providing a rich, nutty flavor from the combination. Kenya Estate AA
This is the top grade of coffee from this East African country. This medium to full-bodied coffee is too good by itself to blend down. Enjoy the heady aroma and tangy wine-like acidity characteristic of the region. Roasted to a rich medium brown, it retains the light brown stripe of fresh East Africans in a “full-city” roast.
