A wonderfully creamy soft cheese from a mixed-milk base, (cow-sheep-goat's) coming from the Langhe region. The aging period is very short, the soft or semi-liquid center picks up a fragrance from the moldy rind, which is perfectly edible.

Please review our shipping policy when ordering your cheese. If your order will be delivered outside the 2 day coverage area, we recommend you choose 2nd Day Air during checkout. Cheese will be shipped to be delivered no later than Friday of the current week. If transit time extends over the weekend or no shipping holiday we will hold to ship when appropriate. For soft cheeses we require shipping to be Next Day Air. This will be noted in the description.
