This smoked salt adds a "je ne sais quoi" to just about any savory dish you try it on or in. It adds a depth of flavor that is very nice. Just opening the glass tube, you are greated with a wonderful smokey aroma that makes you just want to have some right then, and why not just give it a little taste right then? Yum!!
