There are so many Porcini mushrooms in the jar, there is very little room for anything else, big mushroom taste, pastas best friend.
This silky tomato-based Italian sauce made from young Porcini mushrooms, garlic, and other seasonings has a luxurious aroma and delicate, yet intense, taste. Seve warm with noodles or risotto. Just add 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup of warm water to sauce, heat and serve. Makes 4 servings. 6.7 oz. (190g) glass jar. Imported.

Not knowing much about Italian menus, I bought it mainly for that reason. I like spaghetti/meatballs but this had too many mushrooms in it for me. Mushrooms on pizza but not in spaghetti,thank you.
