This expert blend of black and green olives and Pantelleria capers - universally recognized as the world's best - brings the best of the Mediterranean home. The tomato-based sauce ideally complements fish and pork dishes, and is a robust match for pennette rigate or rigatoni. Enjoy with your favorite Merlot. I purchased mine specifically for making French bread pizza. The olives are abundant and the red sauce hearty and flavorful. The containers are small but perfect for a two family household.
