Easy side dish, also good as a topping for meat.
Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 4 Yellow Onions, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano *
- 1/4 teaspoon Basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Thyme *
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large frying pan and add the oil and garlic, along with the onions. Saute until they just begin to brown.
- Add the herbs and the wine and simmer until the onions are very tender, about 10 minutes.
- Check for salt and pepper, you should need little.
