This section is named principally for easy access and organization. Many of the recipes overlap.

Grains essentially referee to cereals, which are grasses with edible seeds.

Legumes are plants with seed pods that split along both sides. This includes lentils, peas, and peanuts and of course, beans.

Some of the recipes are vegetarian and many could be so with only a slight alteration, such as using vegetable stock or water instead of stock made from meat.
