A good balance of flavor for grilling or smoking meat ,chicken or fish.  Can also be used in recipes that call for a "blackening' rub.

  • 1 Tablespoon Rosemary *
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Oregano *
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper *

    NOT garlic salt

  • 1/2 teapsoon Ground Cloves *
  • 1/2 teapsoon Ground Allspice *
  • 1/2 teapsoon Picante Paprika *
  • 1 Pinch Portuguese Flor de Sel *
