It has a clean, light vanilla taste and is delicate on the palate.
It tastes delicious in coffee or tea or served drizzled over toast , with ricotta or shaved hard cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano. Elegant!

this has the same taste as the acacia honey not much change.

This is unlike any honey I've ever tasted. It's beyond ordianary honey. I never knew honey could be so good. I make everyone try it. This is a must buy. The only thing I don't like is the bottle because it is so tall, and the cover is a cork that you have to pull out to open. It gets tough since there is honey on it. I would prefer a smaller bottle that has a normal top that is attached and just snaps shut.
