Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, stir in salt and orzo. Boil until the orzo is tender, about 14 to 16 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley and pepper.

I used the recipe that was on the package and found it to be rather bland. I had to kick it up a bit for our tastes. We love Greek food, and use orzo often for salads and in soups and side dishes. This was just okay, nothing super special.
