This red chili pepper flavored pasta is handcrafted using a bronze mold, which leaves a rough surface to hold sauce much better than stainless steel molds used in the U.S.
Try the "Linguine al peperoncino" with light sauces such as tomato sauce, garlic olive oil parsley sauce, or a garlic butter sauce.

I will never use any other pasta with my spaghetti sauce again! Absolutely delightful- it adds spunk to spice up this dish!!
