1/4 cup Chardonnay Vinegar
Ramo d'Oro suggested
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay Wine
1/2 teaspoon Aromatic Sea Salt with Herb of Provence
- 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Green Peppercorn *
- pinch Sugar
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Montecroce "Delicato" suggested
- Combine Chardonnay vinegar, Chardonnay wine, aromatic salt, green pepper and sugar.
- Add olive oil gradually while whisking constantly to create a thick, emulsified vinaigrette.
Note: Refrigerate any leftover salad dressing and use within 1 week.
