Chicken Salad-Pineapple in Pita

  • 1 cup Chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped celery
  • 1 Tablespoon Crushed pineapple, juice packed, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon Curry powder *
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt *
  • 2 Tablespoons Fat-free salad dressing, mayonnaise type
  • 2 Pita pockets, cut in half


  1. Mix celery, chicken, and pineapple together.
  2. Stir curry powder, and salt into salad dressing.
  3. Add to chicken mixture, blending well.
  4. Stuff into pita pockets.
  5. Garnish with lettuce.
