A salad dressing with a little "smoke and fire" to it!
- 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Adobo Sauce (the sauce from a can of Chipolte peppers)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt *
- 1/2-3/4 cup Olive oil *
- In a food processor combine all ingredients except olive oil and blend for a few seconds.
- Add olive oil a little at a time with machine running.
- Taste for seasoning.
