Ingredients

- 2 Tablespoons White balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 Cup Dry white wine
- 2 Ounces Stilton blue cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil *
- 3 Tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Shallots, minced
- 1/8 Teaspoon White truffle salt *
- 1/8 Teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn *
