Bright, fresh and jazzy salad.

  • 6 Heads Belgian endive, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 Bunch watercress, stems removed and torn
  • 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil *
  • 3 tablespoons White wine vinegar *
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fine sea salt *
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sweet-paprika *
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh ground black peppercorn *
  • 2 teaspoons Green onion, minced


  1. Combine endive and watercress in salad bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, paprika, peppercorn, and green onion in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  3. Cover tightly, and shake until well mixed.
  4. Pour over salad greens and toss.
