The vinegar has the sweet touch of balsamic but with a more rustic vinegar flavor. Moscatel Vinegar is an aromatic wine vinegar. The scent is left intact post the process due to the aromatic qualities of the wine.
Preparation:
Use directly from the bottle. Store in a dry pantry under ambient temperatures. (7%acidity)
