Wild Carrot (Daucus Carota) is a common wild flower in the US that goes by the name of Queen Anne’s Lace.  Bees produce a honey from the attractive flowers that is light amber in color and smoothly crystallized.  This honey exhibits a pleasing mouth feel and complex flavors of spicy caramel with a hint of walnut and licorice.
